30-Day Free Returns — No Questions Held Against You

At JOGIWOGI, we want you to buy with confidence. Every order is backed by a 30-Day Free Return window, starting from the date your package is delivered. If a product isn't right for you, reach out — we'll make it easy.

How Returns Work

Contact us at admin@jogiwogi.com or through our Contact page within 30 days of delivery. Tell us what happened — your order number, the product, and the reason for the return. Photos or a short video help us resolve things faster, especially for damaged or defective items.

We'll confirm the next step. Depending on the product and the reason, we'll either:

• Email you a prepaid return label so you can send the item back at no cost to you, or
• Process your refund or replacement directly, without asking you to ship anything back.

Either way, a free return never costs you anything out of pocket — we cover it. You're refunded or replaced once your return is confirmed.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Changed Your Mind

Not what you expected, or just didn't work out for you? You're still covered within the 30-day window. Let us know the reason, and we'll walk you through the return.

Refund Timelines

Once your return is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your refund is processed. Bank and card processing times may add a few extra days.

Order Cancellations

Need to cancel or change an order? Email us within 12 hours of purchase and we'll do our best to catch it before it ships. Once an order has shipped, it falls under this Return Policy instead.

Items Not Eligible for Return

To keep things fair and safe for everyone, we can't accept returns on:

• Items that have been heavily used or are missing major components
• Final-sale or clearly marked promotional items
• Free gifts or samples included with an order

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, just ask — we'll always tell you plainly.
